GenX people are between the ages of 45-60. The oldest are still 7 years away from qualifying for Social Security. The youngest are just hitting mid-career management positions.

The truth is that there really is no exact age range for Gen X, but I think the most accurate date of birth range would start around 1969-1970 and end around 1978-1979. It’s super subjective though. That’s the problem with classifying generations based on age ranges.
