Not when you tell them you are letting them know their job is back, and you've notified the State. The unemployment checks are about to stop at that point.

That is incorrect. It's 6oo plus whatever the sate benefit is. They did a national wage average to save time and doled out the $600 weely supplement to everyone. States with lower wages and lower COL are gonna benefit from that.

A separation notice had to be sent in if anyone was let go. If those people are hired back and they refuse, then I would hope unemployment would be notified so they can no longer collect.

Everyone doesn’t get the $600. Big misinterpretation. Depending on what they used to make it could go up that much more. People that were making less wont get that money.
