Should she face charges? Absolutely.

Are the odds high that she gets convicted? No. And it doesn’t matter how much evidence they have. They can have her written and taped confessions detailing her plans to commit fraud, and I still don’t think she’ll be convicted.

You have to remember, Trump’s defense was shut down from entering evidence, and the judge chose to ignore true real estate valuations, made up his own numbers, and ignored banks who said they were paid back early and wanted to do more business with him. And he allowed an astronomical bail to be set, that arguably goes against the Constitution. And Leticia still tried to disqualify the company that finally guaranteed his bail.

Sorry, I watched the machinations the left went through in multiple cases to seize Mar a Lago, bankrupt him and put him in prison for the rest of his life. I’ll be shocked if she gets convicted.
