Does it mean that I can carry a concealed gun on me anywhere in the US now?

Not yet, but it definitely paved the way for that to happen. The dominos will begin to fall, more states will become constitutional carry and those that aren’t will be challenged.

The ruling was against the NY law that required a special need to carry concealed.

Permits can still be required.

"May issue" states are the ones effected.

as of now, it solely forces super restrictive states to issue permits when legal citizens ask for one.
