I originally registered as a Democrat at 18 years old because I didn’t know any better. Once I was married and started a family, politics really started to matter. While driving to work one day, I got really pissed (thanks to Rush),:stopped at the Parish sub-station and changed my affiliation to Republican. Now my conscience would not allow me to vote for a Democrat and their deranged sense of right and wrong. My husband, who got me started listening to Rush back in the day, is still a registered Democrat, but wouldn’t dream of voting for a Democrat who has run for office of any kind in about the last 15 years.

We are both very informed voters.

I wouldn’t ditch a “progtard pansy” because I could never be attracted to, much less with, a liberal male. I like masculine men. I’m independent but prefer more traditional roles in a marriage. I want a protector for my children. My oldest daughter has found this in her spouse. My son is this description. Praying for my youngest daughter.
