down to the final 4 precincts in Vermilion Parish

Jeff Landry still polling at 78% there

I thought it was possible but unlikely Landry would win with no runoff. Good I think…..he gets that much more time to prepare his team and initial agenda.

All precincts in the state are now reporting. Final Vermilion precincts are in.

Governor and Lt. Governor races both decided in the primary. Treasurer, SOS & AG races go to runoffs.

All 4 constitutional amendments pass easily.

Jeff Landry received 51.6% of the vote and is Louisiana's next Governor

Billy Nungesser remains as Lieutenant Governor... winning reelection with 65.5% of the vote

Nancy Landry (R) vs. Gwen Collins-Greenup (D) for Secretary of State

Liz Murrill (R) vs. Lindsey Cheek (D) for Attorney General

John Fleming (R) vs. Dustin Granger (D) for Treasurer
