If Kroger was stupid enough to put that reasoning into some documentation somewhere they are stupid.

Come on. Do you live under a rock? If we have learned anything this year, virtue signaling has advanced to the next level. Signaling codes messages. This looks “innocent” but there is a clear message behind it and forcing it down the throat of a couple of objectors is unconstitutional but the libs are never concerned with that minor inconvenience.
