Those populations are not the issue in the UK currently and CERTAINLY weren't in 2014 when this horrible scandal was revealed (not to mention when it was actually going on for years prior).
These specific issues in the UK are primarily with people of Pakistani ethnicity. It's not even the Indian population causing issues.
