I just looked it up. A wilderness paramedics makes between 54 and 71k a year. We’re not talking about a neurosurgeon here.

How long is the course? Would it be feasible to pay for employees to get the certification with the caveat that if the employees leave within 2 years they have to repay it? Or you scrap the dumbass stipulation altogether. That works too
