Juvenile Crimes and Justice K

Let’s make a hypothetical if he did this at age 15 and was arrested.

Wouldn’t he have been treated as a juvenile and the records sealed. And if it was tried now a court of law would throw it out due to the statute of limitations.

Also, where are the bleeding heart liberals who promote juvenile justice reform to get juveniles who commit crimes as juveniles a free pass in life.

Liberals = hypocrites

That is the way I understand it but I could be wrong. FBI background checks go back to the age of 18 for this reason.

This clown act has nothing to do with sexual assault. This is the dumbocraps way of stalling and trying to prevent K from getting on the Supreme Court.

If this was the dems appointing a SCOTUS nominee, it would have (rightfully) been laughed at and the vote carried out on schedule.

It wouldn’t have been laughed at. It would have never been made public. The democraps would have covered it and the Republicans would not have made an issue over it.
