Yes, I agree.
But they must endure an immense amount of pain for awhile PRIOR to the Fed Gov step in to save them.
Trump cant even force the border policy by deporting illegals without rioting in major cities, so people think that Trump will even be allowed to save this city?

My ancestors fought to be an independent country separate from the whims and beliefs of folks in NYC. Guess they were right all along.
