This is an example of hospitals, physicians, etc not using their brains and simply playing coward to avoid liability and politics at the risk of the patient’s life.
None of the legal limits placed prevent them from extracting a baby in those scenarios. It does limit them from intentionally killing the fetus and requires them I. Some states to try and save it once out.
Instead, they take the cheap and pathetic excuse of “we can’t” to cover their tracks, avoid liability and save money trying to save the fetus.
