The homicide aspect of the bill says everything to me. That part has nothing to do with a “woman’s choice” or quality health care. It was all about covering for themselves.

They could’ve done that with specific language while keeping the homicide aspect of it intact if it was a result of an assault.
They got rid of the homicide language because they had to define that the baby in the womb couldn’t be considered a life.
