After I watched the video over and over again later that day, I decided there was enough data in the video to establish that the black objects in the video are not birds but several large serpentine marine animals with small portions of their bodies breaking the surface of the water..

Sure, so this all comes down to you believing what you want to believe, and nothing more.

No. You and your brother can take care of that. Use anyone you like.

It's always funny when someone says they have proof and when you point out that no one believes their proof they argue that it's because of some conspiracy.
I find it funny when a debunker says something has been debunked but they never produce any evidence that proves it has been debunked.

Now I could buy the government hiding the fact that aliens were visiting if that was actually happening but why in the frick would the government give a rat's arse about hiding the existence of a new large sea creature? We discover new shite in the ocean all the time. Literally no one has a motivation to keep the sea serpent Secret and if the evidence was worth a shite every marine biologist in the world would be trying to find the fricker so they could be the first one with definitive proof If not an actual specimen.
You should go and ask the 11th District US Coast Guard if they have ever received any reports of a sighting of a large unknown serpentine marine animal in SF Bay.

You and your brother should stop bothering the Coast Guard's 11th District.

Wrong as usual.
That means after carefully examining every frame in the video, I have no choice but to conclude the black objects in the videos are portions of several large unknown, serpentine marine animals.

They asked us to send them as much information about the animal we saw so we sent them a packet of about a dozen drawings of the animal and our detailed descriptions of what happened that day and what we saw.
We were doing our duty as citizens to provide the US Coast Guard with the information they requested.
For you to try to portray it as "bothering" the Coast Guard is absurd.

They did? How did they get in contact with you?

Since you have refused to abide by the rules of the challenge, I interpret that as a refusal to accept the challenge.

Maybe he'll link the blog for some context.

My brother and I decided to contact the Coast Guard about15 minutes after the sighting because we knew that many swimmers occasionally swam in that area of the bay at that time in the morning so we thought it was our duty as citizens to report the sighting to the authorities to inform them of the danger to the people who swim in that area of the bay.
The Coast Guard took the report seriously enough to request that we send them as much information about the sighting as we could.
They were very interested in getting more info about the animal which suggests to me that they may have already had some info on the animals (The Stinson Beach sighting was just a little over a year earlier).
So all my brother and I did was our duty as citizens.

So, you and your brother were bothering the Coast Guard's 11th District. They took it seriously because they're required to take it seriously, not because they thought you and your brother saw sea monsters. The Coast Guard looked at it because it could've been something, not because it was a sea monster.
In your mind though, this gives some form of credibility to your nonsense, and you pass it off as "just doing your duty as a citizen."
Have you thought about talking to a certified mental health professional about this, or have you already done so?
