To be fair Lake Charles is a massive shite hole. Had the misfortune of driving through there on the way back to Austin.

Kip knew running the day to day wasn’t his strength and always had strong city managers during his terms. And it worked very effectively.

Sure up voter fraud so their votes are not cancelled by illegal votes. That is the best way for their votes to actually count.
