ICE told Fox News last month that an immigration judge granted Villavicencio voluntary departure in March 2010 but he failed to leave as ordered.

Gatta love when even Federal Judges are breaking the Law.. this just gives the Alt-Left more ammo ... Stuff like this is why i feel Federal Judges need to be on term limits.. Just look at all the idiots in Dem heavy states...

Its also becoming much more common for judges to sentence migrants to 364 day sentences, reducing it from a felony so they will not get deported.

I'm sure Paul Ryan will immediately prompt the Judiciary Committee to schedule a hearing about impeachment of federal judges.
