billionaire who is sitting President would rather not be subjected to all that goes with full blown litigation. Depositions. (If you haven't been in a depo...often Attorney's take the opportunity to vastly expand the scope of questioning). Constant media reporting. And costs. Well worth it to pay 25 Million...admit no fault, and be done with it. That is not to say there is anything else he is "scared" of talking about. But attorneys can get into some crazy unfounded stuff. No reaso to expose himself to that. Not for 25 million.

Oh, see-no-evil monkey. Youre such a fool.

Over 3500 Trump Court Cases

You should read the article from USA Today when he was still a candidate. Kind of blows all of your bullshite right out of the water.

He's very proud of himself for "never settling." In this particular case he settled because he was going to get in a lot of trouble. You can choose to ignore that if you like but his university was a fraud

You didn't read the article did you? In the article you are flaunting it says he settled at least 100 cases. So, what was your point again?

I'm saying the guy prefers going to court and beating everyone with money. That is unless he thinks he cannot win. 3500 to 100 is pretty telling

Maybe that should be telling. I wonder what could be different now? Hmm, maybe it has something to do with his current employment?

Imagine if they had a class action against all the victims of public colleges and the student loan program.

No. You need to look up the lawsuit, dude. I know you really want to believe your God Emperor is free of faults but that dude totally set up his most ridiculous business yet. Makes sense though. He's a fraud. He starts a fraudulent University. Checks out

It doesn't matter what I think about Trump or his business. You tried to make the point that he settled because he was going to lose, and you tried to use an article as your proof. The article already refuted the idea that he never settles. Also, Trump has lost plenty of cases so why wouldn't he have settled them if he knew he was going to lose? There must be an alternate explanation, and one possible explanation is that he is now president. You also have to remember that he agreed to settle just 10 days after he was elected. Seems to help the argument that the presidency was a big factor. Now, him probably losing the lawsuit might have just made it an easier decision.

Saying nothing wrong happened just because the 25 million dollar settlement did not admit fault is just sticking your head in the sand.

No it's not. It's a refund of fees by those leaches who jumped on the suit. They took classes and are lazy bums, so they failed at life...but alas, a class action suit where the attorneys get 44% and the lazy bums get part of their tuition back.
There were plenty who took the classes and were successful

Again. It was a distraction and that's the ONLY reason there was a settlement.

We both know what class action suits are...well, if you dont then I do feel sorry for your dumb arse....they are to make lawyers rich

No fsukt, just a settlement. Suck a dick of you think officially there will be wording otherwise

You moron. It was a civil case. The only trouble he could have gotten into was financial. You idiotically post a story about every civil case trump has ever been in as "proof" of your moronic claim. Idiot.
