It seems like if the fed people want to take the deal then the Union is infringing on their will.

I "privately" own trees in east Texas.

I don't think the guberment should own "public" lands but, when they come to do an anal exam of your beloved bureau, I'm sure you'll land on your feet, right?

On one hand, this is fricking stupid. On the other, it's going to be fun watching Democrats have a meltdown when this judge is ignored. They've been ignoring Second Amendment rulings for decades, but suddenly they're going to be talking about the sanctity of the judicial branch.
