The last hospital I worked in did this for employees that refused a flu shot. It worked well. Very few employees would be seen with masks. Those that did wore them for the entire season.

Our hospital would put a sticker on your ID if you had the flu shot. No sticker then you had to mask up anytime near a patient. Only time besides coded rooms you had to wear one, with the exception of surgical areas you always dress out.

I agree with this doctor. The new found local government dictators will make sure to keep their thumb on the citizens and the mask shite will be never ending.

Many warned of this and the further along we go the clearer it seems to be the path.

Perhaps the good doctor should read the NEJM a little more...


Masks aren't needed except in treating people or prolongs close encounters
