Are you suggesting the bill that was passed will not lead to the spending that was agreed to?
I'll answer for him - yes.
Maybe not that it "WILL NOT lead to the spending that was agreed to," there's no way for anyone to know that right now. But it COULD not lead to the spending that was agreed to.
I think there's the impression amongst some that this bill means that amount of money will be handed over to these agencies/programs and this bill sets it in stone. Like "we signed it, now here's your cash we allocated to you! Enjoy!"

If you ignore all reasonable precedent to make yourself feel better then I guess that can work.

Have you read the bill? What are some of your favorite packages in the bill?
Do you think Trump has to spend all of that money?
I’d suggest you read the bill. Use that Louisiana public education, baw!

Your spin is quite admirable.
It takes real gahonas to search hard to find the spin needed for this pile of shite.
And funding Planned Parenthood does fund abortion. What the frick do you think they do there? They may not be paying for it directly, but they still are open for business to do so!!
We havent had a budget in FOREVER. They just appropriate money for all departments in one big omnibus bill instead of individual bills like they should for each department.
If the President were to refuse to fund the things appropiated in that bill he will get filleted in short order.

Sure.
I think you're misunderstanding something here, but I'm not sure what. Either what this bill actually does or means, the abilities the president has, or maybe it's just as simple as comprehending others' posts?

Spin?
What’s the difference between an Omnibus Spending Bill and an Appropriations Bill?
ETA as far as PP, Trump can tell them to get fricked. Read page 639 section 810 of the bill!
You might actually want to read the bill!

Keep holding on man. Come November you will have a dem House to blame your problems on if your daddy keeps it up.
P.S my education and resume would emasculate you just like Obama did. So don't go there for your own sake.
I'll check on your weak arse response in the morning.

I mean it's called the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018.

quote:Well you're referencing something specifically related to Washington DC, so I don't know what PP has to do with that especially if it's not in DC.

What’s the difference? There seems to be some lumping them all in together. Which creates a grey area. An appropriations bill will guarantee how each of the 12 are allocated.
This does not...

The D.C. government means the federal govt. so, just the District of Columbia wont get abortion funding?
And you have the nerve to tell people they are spinning bullshite?
Carry on. There’s a reason I’ve ignored you for so long. Why I went back; I’ll never know.

quote:The difference is that instead of 12 seperate Appropations bills it is one big bill that covers all 12 areas.

quote:No. It's the same as any appropriations bill.
Which creates a grey area.
quote:Which is that this does since it just takes 12 bills and makes it 1 consolidated bill.

So, you guys will just get a federal judge in Hawaii to get Trump to spend it?
This is my last response to you. Forever...
