There is something going on here (despite what some may feel about the stigma of talking about this topic). I have a whole thread dedicated to documenting mainstream reporting on these things.
Deeper points of discussions
-I believe that there are competing factions at the highest levels fighting to determine what to do with this tech.
Faction 1 favors releasing all of the tech. This holds great reward and great risk. It would likely revolutionize humainty overnight. It would also rapidly decentralize power and threaten the concept of the "state". I believe Trump is being backed by a faction that favors this (hence the unprecedented ire directed at him)
Faction 2 favors secret use of the tech as it is too disruptive to be released (the historical default up to this point to "protect" us ). Folks that want the keep things the same include: the media, the banking system, energy sector, and entrentched politicians and IC (Deep State).
Most of the research to develop the tech was outsourced to private defense contractors by the US government to circumvent FOIAA / oversight. I believe that civilians within these organizations along with other historical factions created a breakaway civilization quite some time ago.
They profit in many ways from continued strife from surface living. They want us constantly at war, fighting with each other, debt slaves, constantly distracted from asking bigger questions (mainly about them).
This is coming to a head under Trump (reference the info released on these topics since his inauguration and the tone of his ingaugural address...). Another factor forcing the issue is private civilians being able to directly inspect the moon. Reference Elon Musk's recent behaviors. China is also actively exploring the dark side of the moon. Y'all think anyone will trust China now if they release what is on the back side of the moon (China is arse hoe, do not trust...)
Everything since the Vegas shooting seems like orchestrated desperation up to this point...

I truly admire the amount of research you have done on this topic. The breakaway civilization seems to be legitimate. And if you consider the rest of everything else in this context, it seems that those folks have finally found themselves a leader in Trump who is willing to release the tech.
There may be a war ongoing over this tech, but if I had to lay my money down I'm laying it down behind the guys who have already secretly mastered deep space travel.

I would point out again that this is not a Q topic though. As someone else has pointed out, people have been talking UFO disclosure for about 70 years. Which is about 67 years longer than Q has existed. I would also point out that Q has only written two sentences on the subject. It is not a Q topic.
Lest we start saying all topics about God, corruption, and everything else Q touches on is off limits.
The DoD has now acknowledged these things are real. Its a pertinent topic. Because as someone else pointed out, "war is an extension of politics".

Not trying to answer for TPA, but from what I've read they've gone off planet long ago. There appears to be a second "Earth." It could mean that they are on another planet similar enough to Earth that humans can live there safely, or it could also mean they're living on a literal copy of Earth in another dimension.
Apparently they can also just stay in deep space indefinitely though. So it's gonna be hard to say until they come clean.

As a prior poster mentioned, the tech is likely based off of quantum physics (where things get very, very weird)
They could reside here on Earth if they choose (as they are us). I think entry points to terrestrial life would be:
isolated areas/bases
underground bases (in mountains)
underwater bases
Perhaps part of the appeal of surface chaos would be to enhance the experience when visiting. How "cool" would it be to go to the zoo and watch the lions fight to the death (that would be something). Debasing the planet also permits free use of sex and violence if that is an experience they are interested in. Our planet may be very similar to a Westworld experience for them...
