Answering my own question.
Also, for any other dumbasses that ask about if a wall will stop somebody from tunneling under it or going over it, it takes less people to monitor those things if you have an actual wall, stopping people from just waltzing over.
Much like Pelosi’s fence at the capital or maybe even a fence around your houses.
They are a good physical barrier that allows you to better-utilize man-hours for other things.
