No. He's uniparty. His abortion ban bill is meant to generate fear amongst the left, and allow the state media prop him up as a representative of all Republicans.
Ever since rvw was overturned, state media has been screaming that Republicans want to federally ban abortions. But, after so many months, there hasn't been any big waves on that front. Uniparty Graham was called up to provide the state media/ Democrats with their fearmongering narrative.
