Is it weird so many people randomly died after the 01/06 protest

I don't have the names listed. But was thinking, there were like 5-6 people that randomly died of heart attacks and strokes. These people weren't necessarily elderly, and that seems like some freak accidents. Then additionally a couple police officers that committed suicide. Makes no sense.
