The malware injectors were almost assuredly from The Dukes, but there is no definitive evidence that Guccifer2.0 is also one of "The Dukes".

There is compelling evidence that Guccifer2.0 is a separate individual or group that is not affiliated with the Russian GRU.

There is no conclusive evidence that the phishing email that got Podesta to stupidly hand over his GMail password came from Fancy Bear or Cozy Bear (aka The Dukes), either.

There's also still no evidence that Seth Rich wasn't involved. Rich likely didn't have anything to do with Podesta's emails, but he might have actually supplied WikiLeaks with the original 44,000 documents/emails and nearly 18,000 attachments.

It actually seems pretty apparent that the 44,000 initial documents and the 60,000 Podesta emails are two separate breeches.
