One of GA's most populous counties, Cobb, a former republican stronghold, went blue in 2016 for the first time since Carter.

Kemp barely beat Abrams.

Think about how pathetic of a candidate she was.

Kemp squeaked by.

It is definitely fair to call GA a swing state. ATL population growth (mostly blue) minus rural population decline (mostly red) = swing state now, and may already be blue. We'll see in November.

Technically they are swing if the margin of victory is expected to be less than 5%, which it could be for all of those states. However, New Hampshire should be considered swing as well, if that’s the metric they are using.

Beshear is a one termer in KY. He only got elected because Bevin crapped the bed.
