Interesting - Richmond Supporting Biden

Rep Cedric Richmond - from NOLA, black democrat, is fully supporting the Biden campaign.
He think's Biden is the candidate who can beat Trump.
He's going on a hell of a limb here, rejecting the more liberal part of his party, rejecting the two black candidates in the race, etc. If Biden doesn't win, Richmond is going to find himself on an island in the Dem party ranks.

He was probably promised a cabinet position, possibly VP nominee?
Richmond must of been offered something.
