Lol. You haven't lived in centex long at all.
The Y in oak Hill is exhibit b in Austin for the lack of interest in expanding infrastructure. Exhibit A would be how long it took to argue over 3 toed blind salamanders who may or may not live 200 feet below Mopac.

Back in the day, I used to drive from central SA to south ATX in 45 minutes for booty call. Good luck getting between the 2 towns in 3-4 hours now. Loved growing up there for 30 years, but damn, so glad I moved out of TX.
