In 2018 a local news channel reported on and exposed the Minnesota Somali daycare fraud.

2018. The Somali daycare scam was so out in the open that people not involved were investing in it. ??
Meanwhile CNN is busy trying to convince people that there is no fraud.

MN officials turned a blind eye towards it (and took 'donations').
That's their plausible deniability.
So even if investigated on that level....
If even charged...
If not dismissed out of hand by judges....
They will then claim qualified immunity and it wasn't fraud or negligence on their part. Just so busy fighting Nazi's they didn't have time to get to it.

JUST IN: CNN reports that they've called Minnesota daycare centers & most didn't answer, but one of them "confirmed" they're not committing fraud.
