Who started his/her career with a SINCERE desire to help black neighborhoods under siege.....

Imagine spending your days, putting your life on the line for "your" people, only to have many or most of them call you names, spit on you and even wish for your death.

I know there are some HORRIBLE, zhitty cops, but I can't imagine day to day life without them.

Prop up and support the good cops, crush the bad ones, but stop for a minute and imagine being in their shoes for a day.

Yea, it doesn't make sense what BLM is doing. Over 50% of the cops in NYC and Chicago are black.

100% of them should be on every news show and social media outlet speaking out.

I grew up in New Orleans and the only interactions I ever had with nopd were black officers. The only time I came across white officers were in special units like Street Crimes or Task Force or whatever they were calling it back then in Orleans.

I think most of these people complaining come from areas that have mostly non-black police departments. That is, Lily white areas. They have zero clue what it's like to grow up in a black neighborhood, black City, black mayor, black City Council, black police department.

I'm not a huge fan of current law enforcement culture but it certainly has nothing to do with race.

unfortunately, that guy was very naive like most posters

no good cops. just varying degrees of crappy cops. they all violate constitutional rights constantly, especially the 4th amendment. all cops choose their paycheck over the constitution. No cop can keep his job without violation our rights. cops don't have the balls to stand up to other cops.

It makes perfect sense when you realize it has nothing at all to do with black lives. Shame how many people they've conned into believing them
