All of them who had served two terms until FDR came along and couldn't bear to relinquish his power. I think only LBJ decided not to run for a second term as his first full term was coming to an end.

fricker went into a 4th term.
When leftists cry about Bush or Trump “If they win a 2nd term, they’ll never leave!”, I think of their hero, Franklin D Roosevelt. He literally did not leave, until he died.
