The vast majority of them will never be deported, so what’s a state to do?
A) Look the other way
B) Expend resources assisting the feds and see virtually no results
C) Accept that these people aren’t disappearing, and integrate them into matters of the state as pseudo-citizens

According to the piece, hit and runs across the board have increased in 10 years at a rate higher than that of the number of illegals in the country.
Also, the piece does not address the increase/decrease of hit and runs by illegals in relation to hit and runs by legals and citizens.
