Probably, but thats not the point. I think it was stated that the investigation was limited to the ones known at the time.

That’s clearly in reference to the Ramirez lady. Whom, by the way, is now supposedly cooperating with the FBI rather than her attorney telling everyone just to go read the article in The New Yorker.
