But Garner is black and the cops were white?
Still, this wasn't a race issue. This is about cops finding ways not to kill people.
I mean, these cops are under paid, over stressed and theoretically still following procedures/ rules of engagement according to these grand juries? There needs to be certain reforms put in place.
