So what is it? If the President declares an emergency but the spending bill allows counties and or towns to veto the wall, what trumps what? Does the national emergency trump the spending bill or vise versa?
I really hope Trumps doesn’t sign the bill because it’s hot garbage.

Does a homeowner have a right to force the US government to replace their beach after erosion if they own beachfront property? Seems to me the government owns the border and if the government wants a wall to protect the country then they get a wall. They may have to pay for the land to build the wall but the border belongs to the government. Just my opinion.

Don’t even HAVE to pay for it. FDR declares all land with the border of Mexico extending 60 feet was government property
