Exactly. Hillary better hope her "intent" won't be a subject of conversation in this investigation because apparently the evidence is there to show she knowingly and willingly acted recklessly with classified information. Intent is irrelevant to the law in this case, but it will likely be shown that she did have intent with what she did.

One of the emails recovered had her ordering the removal of classified headings and having a fax sent.

She was at a meeting and could not get a needed classified talking points because supposedly a classified fax was down.

She responded to her underlings to remove the classified heading and send it unclassified.

That is intent.
