One of the clauses in the bill takes away a large portion of immunity in civil suits.

In other words the ambulance chasing lawyers can go after the city AND you personally.

Given the vast majority of lawsuits are bullshite, and many times the city you work for pays out just to make the publicity go away, I certainly would not want to then face a civil suit in the case my employer has just admitted guilt to.

This will make crime skyrocket in the inner cities....and they will still vote democrat, let em have it.

Or cops will just hear the address, and stop for coffee and donuts before arriving on the scene. And if its domestic violence, request a "social worker" visit them first.
