I got pulled over in a small LA town earlier today. The cop said I was going 45 in a 35, which I was.

He asked for all my paperwork, and I was polite and respectful, and gave it to him.

After I gave him the paperwork he said “I’m gonna let you off with a warning this time. Just slow down.”

…just cooperate and you don’t get shot .

Crazy.

I got pulled over last week after my father died.

Made an improper u turn.

Twenty something young black officers asked what I did that for.

I said my day started at 4am tk go see body at hospital. Then went to funeral home in different state.

He said.

“Nah man. You can’t do that”.

Gave me ticket.

It was a young black male police officer. I don’t think it was white privilege.
