I witnessed a t-boning hit-and-run by some Mexicans who'd run through a red light.

Everything went slomo. I was following my then gf and asked her to stay with the old couple who was hit and call 911 while I chased the Mexicans through and around Atlanta. Had 911 on line but kept changing counties and no state cops/hwy patrol were sent out. They finally stopped on the shoulder of 285, and cop on the line told me to GTFO so I did.
