How many different countries tried to help elect HRC?

Muller finds some russians (13) who trolled some social media websites to allegedly help Trump win the election.
How many groups of Russians, all E20 countries, etc. did the same thing to "help" elect HRC?
How many George Soros groups meddled in our election to help HRC get elected?
The world fawned over Obama. How many foreign gov'ts, such as, Russia Iran, N. Korea, etc. and foreign companies helped get Obama elected this way?

Muller is on a witch hunt to track down anyone who helped Trump win, and he plans to prosecute. On the other hand, no one is looking at HRC's campaign to see who tried to help them win the election. Those people are free and clear to do the same thing next election.
Only an idiot would think only one side received outside help. Most foreign countries were for HRC, especially Russia, Iran, Mexico, etc. I'd expect to find foreign gov'ts helped HRC.
