Really? Do you even slippery slope?

Look out at commie-fornia. They are already passed a law banning outdoor lawn equipment.

There are some useless 30 somethings in xidens epa working to ban gas powered stoves.

And yep, the useless buearcrats in DC are even proposing to outlaw gas powered generators.

Try to keep up.

Go solar and add Tesla Powerwall, take your 30% tax credit and don't worry about natural gas.

Personally I don’t get the value in a whole home generator. Get one big enough to power your fridge and a window unit so you can get by a few days. If I’m in a place where power is out for week + then I just assume not be there either.

The price to include the up keep just don’t seem worth it.

Next time a tropical system shuts down the grid for an extended period in 95+ degree high humidity weather you’d be rethinking things. Some folks don’t have family or friends living far enough away to be able to go somewhere. Throw in $250-$300 a day hotels not including food and the cost regarding a generator doesn’t seem so high.

I installed a 2200 generac in 2020 for under $7500. Had my dad use his Lowe’s discount to order the generator, poured a cement pad, trenched my own gas line, paid electrician on the side, new 500 gallon propane tank. Peace of mind is invaluable.

Dude. This dumbass administration has went after gas appliances. Is it really fear mongering?

They are cheering the close of electricity generation plants while they also beg for people to not run their air conditioning during the peak of the summer.

Please explain where the ridiculousness of rhe thought is.

Now let's compare and contrast your views of this hypothetical set of future regulations to
"They just want to get married" and how liberals have expanded the homosexual / transgender / child grooming mandates in society.

The FJB administration loves child grooming.

The FJB administration loves hydrocarbon limitations and works tirelessly to end hydrocarbons.

They have threatened to end gas stoves in residential homes. Why wouldn't they threaten residential gas home generators?

That's a lot of words to say "no".
