I don’t recall Texas voting for Obama.

I moved to Florida from New Orleans in August. Big state but the panhandle where I live is waaaaay more conservative than Texas or Louisiana.

I wish this question was posed with positive context.

So you’re taking a region of a state v whole other states. Try the panhandle v Midland. Again, I don’t recall TX voting for Obama like FLA.

Tennessee is next due to Nashville and low taxes/no state tax

People throw out this line all the time just because Nashville is growing, but no one actually digs into the numbers.

2008 - McCain got 56%
2012 - Mitt got 59%
2016 - Trump got 60%
2020 - Trump got 60% again

In 2012, Romney beat Obama by 500K votes. 2016, Trump beat Hillary by 650k. In 2020, Trump beat Joe by 709K.

So the numbers say TN is getting MORE red over the past 12-13 years, not less.

Tell me you have no clue what you’re talking about without telling me you have no clue what you’re talking about.
