Did you see any of the past hurricanes with him as president? Should already be happening. Trump is the cause of all natural disaster because he doesn't believe in global warming.

Since global warming is causing more intense storms (not as intense as the 80s, mind you) it's hard for them to go off on this one since even with the Gulf waters 90+, winds are in the 40s. They will wait for the next bigger one.
