Robeson County borders the county where I live in SC. The Native Americans are Lumbee Indians. Many Lumbees are indistinguishable from white conservatives in appearance and political persuasion.
Their biggest issue is formal recognition of the Lumbee as a tribe and all the derivative benefits that entails.
In all seriousness, Trump's association with casino gambling was a benefit for him most likely, as the biggest hurdle to federal recognition of Indian tribes is usually moral opposition to gambling at the federal and state level.

Well maybe the person who listed the demographics, expected people to know about the difference between race and ethnicity. I guess you proved he/she set the expectations too high.
