I think he honestly can't comprehend the answers he has received. The racism is so deeply ingrained he cannot fathom the poor dark people can think for themselves.

The racism did not come from me. This topic got started because of criticism of the 90% black voters who block vote Democratic, implying a herd instinct is the reason.
So, I just wondered what would be a good reason for these 90% block-voting blacks to vote Republican.
Someone answered that taxes are a reason for Blacks to consider voting Republican. But taxes are usually not a major consideration for political choice for lower income earners.

No one said all Black people are poor. What was said is that 90% of Blacks block vote Democrat, implying that is because they can't, or don't, appreciate the reasons for them to vote Republican.
