Playing devil's advocate here, if the men that work there get to wear caps then the employer has a dilemma I'd think.

Freedom of religion if she was up front about it.

But ya, if she wasn't up front about it...

Is what/where a candidate worships a part of your interview process?

No. Why?

Did you not understand the hypothetical?

I'm running through a list of businesses with a typical customer who would be upset/take their business elsewhere if a muslim was employed.

Maybe it's a regional thing but the muslims I know/work with in my area are just normal people.. and extremely hard working.

Sports bar? High end restaurant? Any place where a hijab may not be high on a customer's list of things they want to pay to see.

Love you defending Muslims though. Your untouchables. It's so weird.

I think their religion is gross and feel the same way about true believer muslims as I do about true believer christians

It's the regular christians and muslims that i dont mind.

So, how would it go over if a man interviewed for a job dressed in a suit and was hired. Then showed up on day 1 with makeup and a dress on? That would be some frickery. It would be hard to fire the tranny even though they pulled a bait and switch. That's fricked up.

My brother is in staffing. This actually happened. His client called and they were pissed. Told my brother to terminate the contract with the guy immediately. The guy took the news ok, like it wasn’t the first time. This was about 12 years ago.

True believer Muslim wants to cut your head off.

True believer Christian will invite you to church.

A private business should be able to hire anyone they wish and have them abide by any rules they wish. If the worker doesn't want to abide then they find another job.

The government should not be involved in any private business/employee transaction.

If a business owner does not want to hire any person over 5'9" they should be allowed. If a business owner does not want to install handicap access, they should be allowed. If a business owner wants to serve only homosexual customers, they should be allowed.

The market should determine their success, not government regulation.

What if “their” religion is not compatible with “my” religion? How can the government force their beliefs unto me?
