Well, not "only" this, although it certainly helps. She can "win" the nomination because:
1. She knows all the dirt on the key decision makers.
2. She is still a fantastic "fund raiser" (influence peddler/classified information salesperson)
3. She has influence over folks who can (and have) rig it for her

Nobody in their right mind would vote for Hillary. The Dems really don't have a good candidate, IMHO. A Centrist like Boo da judge probably has the best odds, but those odds aren't great.
