Yes, and I’m sure that’s exactly the kind of ‘legal advice’ schizoid Sean went to Cohen for.... over and over again.
Keep defending these cretins at your own peril.

I'm not defending anyone. Simply pointing out your complete misunderstanding of a very simple legal concept. On page 1 I referred you to rule 1.6. You had no idea what that meant. It is the rule of professional conduct regarding privelege.

I mean...you don't even know what you don't know. It's impossible to have a productive discussion with someone so completely ignorant.

Congratulations on your discovery that I don’t know everything. Well done!

It is much more severe than that. It isn't a big deal. Just interesting in light of your extreme ignorance, you seem ok posting with such hubris and condescension.

ETA: Hubris is like arrogance.

You clearly understand hubris all too well.

Again, we have no facts to define what happened between the parties, but an attorney has a duty to a prospective client that is the same duty the attorney would have to a former client (see the Rules of Professional Conduct).

In the future, I suggest you give the thread a subject title that represents the conversation you want to have. This would have been more appropriate: "Trump and all things associated with Trump are terrible, and any attempt to provide reasonable and knowledgeable responses will be met with complete and utter disregard so that my agenda can remain undisturbed".

Not at all. It was a legitimate question that was filled with BS answers. Sorry you think it’s so cut and dried, but there’s obviously a difference of opinion.

You can have attorney-client privilege without an attorney-client relationship, which is a legitimate answer. You may not like that reality, but it is established in the Rules of Professional Conduct for attorneys. Its not an opinion, its establish rule.
