Honestly, I think that in the next 5-10 years we'll have people graduating from universities that either can't read at all or can't read beyond a 2nd grade level.
I have worked with college grads in that pathetic condition.
They knew how to embezzle and pilfer public resources, having learned the racial shakedowns at their college.
