What's funny about this is that it's a leftist piece of propaganda desperately trying to position itself as objective, while pointing out (at least in part) that the "monkeys" on government programs are going to suffer.

If this were put out by the Heritage Foundation, the screaming from MSNBC about "racism" would be deafening.

The funniest part of the video to me when he said that if government employees get laid off they would have to find jobs in the Private sector, and this would cause some sort of brain drain on the government
